NOTICE FOR ORAL HEARING

Subject: Oral hearing of anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “Solar Encapsulants”

originating in or exported from South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam – reg.

1. The anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “Solar Encapsulants” originating in or exported from South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam, was initiated on 29.09.2025 under the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 (AD Rules). As per Rule 6 (6) of AD Rules “The Designated Authority may allow an interested party or its representative to present the information relevant to the investigation orally but such oral information shall be taken into consideration by the Designated Authority only when it is subsequently reproduced in writing”.

2. This is for your information that in the above-mentioned investigation, the Designated Authority has scheduled an Oral Hearing on 31st July 2026 at 4:30 PM (IST). The hearing will be held in hybrid mode i.e., both through Digital Video Conferencing (DVC) and physically in the conference room of DGTR, 4th Floor, Jeevan Tara Building, Parliament Street, Patel Chowk, New Delhi-110001

3. You will be required to submit written submissions and the rejoinders (confidential and non- confidential versions) of the views expressed at the hearing within the date and time schedule to be indicated on the date of hearing.
