Subject: Extension of time to file Comments on PUC/ PCN Methodology in the Anti-
dumping investigation concerning imports of “Cold Rolled Grain Oriented Electrical Steel
(CRGO) and Amorphous Metal (AM)” originating in or exported from China PR, Japan,
Korea RP, and Russia.
The Authority vide Initiation Notification No. F.No.6/17/2025-DGTR dated 22nd June
2026 has initiated anti-dumping investigation on the subject cited above.
2. Certain interested parties have requested additional time for filing Comments on PUC/ PCN
Methodology. The requests have been duly considered, and it has been decided to extend the
timeline till 15th July, 2026.
3. Since the trade remedial investigations are time-bound in nature, no further extension of time will
be granted to file Comments on PUC/ PCN Methodology in the captioned subject matter.
4. This issues with the approval of the Designated Authority.
