SUB: Extension of Validity of Biometric Custom Passes of Custom Brokers and their employees expiring on 31.03.2018-reg.

Due to time constraint, logistical issues and last minutes applications made for renewal by CB and employees, the renewal of Biometric Custom Passes is still under process. The facility of entry into Custom Offices/area on production of proof of submission of applications for renewal of Custom Passes along with any other valid photo identity document is allowed for three months i.e. till 30.06.2018 for the passes whose validity was earlier allowed upto 31.03.2018.

This issues with the approval of Principal Commissioner of Customs (G).
