PUBLIC NOTICE No. 53/2018 Sub:- Refund of IGST on Export-Extension of date in SB005 alternate mechanism cases & clarifications in other cases-reg.

CBEC vide Circular No.5/2018-Customs dated 23.02.2018 provided for an alternative mechanism with officer interface to resolve invoice mismatch cases (SB005) for shipping bills filed till 31.12.2017. This facility has now been extended to shipping bill filed till 28.02.2018 vide Circular No.08/2018-Customs dated 23.02.2018.
