To, All interested parties. Sub: Extension of the timeline to file the questionnaire response in the sunset review investigation of anti- dumping duty imposed into imports of Natural mica-based pearl industrial pigments excluding cosmetic grade originating in or exported from China PR.

  1. The Authority has initiated the subject investigation vide Initiation Notification No. 7/31/2025-DGTR, dated 5th March 2026.

  2. In respect to request from certain interested parties seeking an extension of the timeline to file questionnaire response, the request has been considered, and it has been decided to extend the deadline until 8th May 2026.

  3. Since the trade remedial investigation are time-bound in nature, no further extension of time will be granted to file the questionnaire response in the captioned subject matter.

  4. This issues with the approval of the Designated Authority.
