Subject: Notice on PUC/PCN methodology and extension for filing Questionnaire
responses in the Anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of "Certain azepine intermediates, viz. ISBCC and 10 MISB and their precursor, IDB” originating in or exported from China PR.
- The Authority has initiated the subject investigation vide Initiation Notification No. 6/15/2026-DGTR dated 20th March, 2026.
- Comments were invited on the scope of the product under consideration and PCN methodology within 15 days from the date of initiation of the subject investigation. The interested parties were also required to substantiate their comments with evidence.
- No comments with regard to the scope of PUC and PCN have been received from any interested party within the stipulated time and therefore, the authority adopts the same PUC/PCN as mentioned in the initiation Notification.
- Further, in response to requests from certain interested parties seeking an extension of the timeline to file questionnaire responses, the requests have been considered, and it has been decided to extend the deadline until 14th May, 2026.
- Since the trade remedial investigations are time-bound in nature, no further extension of time will be granted to file the questionnaire responses in the captioned subject matter.
