Sub.: PUC/PCN methodology in the sunset review investigation of anti- dumping duty imposed into imports of Natural mica-based pearl industrial pigments excluding cosmetic grade.

Sunset review investigation was initiated on the imports of Natural mica-based pearl industrial pigments excluding cosmetic grade vide notification no. 7/31/2025 dated 5th March 2026. The scope of the product under consideration was considered same as defined in the original investigation. The PCN methodology proposed by the applicant was also provided in the application.

Interested parties were granted 15 days to submit the comments on the scope of the product under consideration and the PCN methodology. Comments have been filed by certain interested parties. After examining the comments filed by the interested parties, the Authority finds it appropriate to adopt the same PCN methodology as considered in the original and mid-term review investigation. Accordingly, the following PCN methodology is notified.
