Subject: Extension of the timeline for filing the questionnaire response
in the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “Insoluble Sulphur” originating in or exported from China PR and Japan

With respect to the above-mentioned subject investigation, the directorate has received requests for extension of time from various stakeholders for filing the questionnaire response.

After careful consideration of the said requests, it has been decided to grant additional time up to 2nd September 2024 to file the response to the questionnaire. It is advised that all the interested parties file their responses within the stipulated time as extended above.
