Subject: Extension of time to ϐile comments on the scope of the product under

consideration and propose product control numbers (PCNs), in the matter of anti- dumping investigation concerning imports of “Insoluble Sulphur” originating in or exported from China PR and Japan Please refer to the subject investigation. The parties were granted a time of 30 days from the date of initiation to ϐile comments on the scope of the product under consideration, if any, and propose product control numbers (PCNs), if any.

However, few interested parties have requested for extension of the aforementioned deadline. After careful consideration of the said requests, the Designated Authority has granted an extension of 10 days for ϐiling comments on the scope of the PUC and propose PCNs, if any. Accordingly, the ϐinal date for ϐiling of the comments which was 26.04.2024 now stands revised to 6.05.2024. 3.
It is advised that all the interested parties i.e., producers/exporters/importers/users etc., ϐile their responses within the stipulated time as extended above. No further extension of time, whatsoever, will be allowed in the said matter.
