Subject: Oral Hearing in Mid Term Review investigation concerning anti-dumping duty
imposed on the imports of “Natural mica-based pearl industrial pigments excluding cosmetic grade” originating in or exported from China. The Mid Term Review of anti-dumping duty imposed on the imports of “Natural mica-based pearl industrial pigments excluding cosmetic grade” originating in or exported from China PR was initiated on 30.09.2022 under the customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and collection of Anti- dumping duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules1995 (AD Rules). As per Rule 6(6) of AD Rules “The Designated Authority may allow an interested party or its representative to present the information relevant to the investigation orally but such oral information shall be taken into consideration by the Designated Authority only when it is subsequently reproduced in writing”.
In pursuance of the aforesaid provision, the Designated Authority has scheduled an oral hearing in the matter through Digital Video Conference (DVC) to be held on 21st December, 2022 at 2:30 PM (IST).
You will be required to submit written submissions and the rejoinders (confidential and non- confidential versions) of the views expressed at the hearing within the date and time schedule to be indicated on the date of hearing.
Kindly intimate the name(s) and email addresses of the person (s) who are expected to attend the hearing. The details of the Digital Video Conferencing will be shared with the registered interested parties shortly.
