Subject: Extension of the time limit for completion of the anti-dumping investigation
concerning imports of "Natural Mica Based Pearl Industrial Pigments excluding Cosmetic Grade”” from China PR- regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to your office letter under F.No. 6/8/2020-DGTR dated the 23rd April, 2021 pertaining to the above subject and to inform that the Central Government has accorded permission for extension of time period for investigation by three months beyond 8th May, 2021, i.e. up to 8th August, 2021, for completing the subject investigation and notifying the final findings. 2. Further, the undersigned is also directed to request that the investigation may be completed within the prescribed timelines without seeking further extension.
