Subject: Oral Hearing in the sunset review investigation of anti-dumping duty on imports of

“Untreated Fumed Silica” originating in or exported from China PR.

Madam/Sir,

1. This is for information that in the above-mentioned investigation, the Designated Authority will hold an Oral Hearing on 7th July 2026 in the conference hall of DGTR. The time of the hearing has been scheduled 3:30 PM (IST). Interested parties who wish to join through digital video conferencing.
2. It is hereby informed that, in view of the limited time available for the ongoing SSR investigation, which is required to be completed by 10th August 2026, the period ordinarily granted for submission of written submission and rejoinder after the oral hearing has been curtailed.
3. Accordingly, the schedule for filing written submission and rejoinders is being communicated in advance, as set out below: • Date for written submission: 10.07.2026 • Date of rejoinders: 15.07.2026 All concerned are requested to take note and comply with the timeline accordingly.
