of “Linear Low-Density Polyethylene” (LLDPE) originating in or exported from the State of Kuwait, Malaysia, the Sultanate of Oman, the State of Qatar, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

1. This is for your information that in the above-mentioned investigation, DGTR will hold an oral hearing at 03:30 PM (IST) on 15.04.2026 via digital video conferencing (DVC).

The web link and other details to join the digital video conferencing (DVC) will be shared with the interested parties over email.

You will be required to make written submissions (confidential and non-confidential versions) of the views expressed at the hearing and file a rejoinder, if any, within the date and time prescribed. Interested parties are advised to submit their written submission and rejoinder, if any, to the following email: jd15-dgtr@gov.in and dd16-dgtr@gov.in, with a copy to dir15- dgtr@gov.in and consultant-dgtr@govcontractor.in. The non-confidential submission should be simultaneously circulated through email by the registered interested parties to other registered interested parties.
