of Anti-Dumping investigation concerning imports of “Linear Low-Density Polyethylene” (LLDPE)” originating in or exported from the State of Kuwait, Malaysia, the Sultanate of Oman, the State of Qatar, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

With respect to the above-mentioned subject investigation, requests have been received from the interested parties for granting an extension of the timeline to file the questionnaire response.

After careful consideration, it has been decided to grant additional time up to 12.09.2025 for filing the respective questionnaire responses. It is further informed that no further extension will be granted.

It is, therefore, advised to all interested parties to file their responses within the stipulated time as mentioned above.
