Subject: Extension of the timeline for filing the comments on product under

consideration (PUC)/ Product Control Numbers (PCN) in the anti-Dumping investigation concerning imports of “Linear Low-Density Polyethylene” (LLDPE)” originating in or exported from the State of Kuwait, Malaysia, the Sultanate of Oman, the State of Qatar, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Sir/Madam,

  1. With respect to the above-mentioned subject investigation, request has been received from an interested party for granting an extension of the timeline to file the comments on PUC/ PCN.

  2. After careful consideration, it has been decided to grant additional time up to 20.07.2025 for filing the comments on PUC/ PCN. It is further informed that no further extension will be granted.

  3. It is, therefore, advised to all interested parties to file their comments within the stipulated time as mentioned above.

  4. This issues with the approval of the Designated Authority
