NOTICE FOR ORAL HEARING
Subject: Oral hearing of Mid-Term Review limited to the product scope of definite Anti-
dumping duty imposed on Stainless- Steel Seamless Tubes and Pipes originating in or exported from China PR.
In light of Gazette Notification No. K-44033/1/2020-TPD(TNM) dated 21.11.2025 regarding change of DA at DGTR wherein it is stated that Shri Amitabh Kumar, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Department of Commerce shall discharge the functions of the Designated Authority with immediate effect, in place of Shri Siddharth Mahajan, Joint Secretary, oral hearing is to be scheduled again.
In view of the above, the oral hearing is scheduled at 3.30 PM (IST) on 10.03.2026. The hearing will be conducted in Hybrid mode.
