NOTICE FOR ORAL HEARING

Subject: Oral hearing of Mid-Term Review limited to the product scope of definitive

Anti-Dumping duty imposed on Stainless-Steel Seamless Tubes and Pipes originating in or exported from China PR.

1. This is for your information that in the above-mentioned investigation, the Designated Authority has scheduled an Oral Hearing on 11.08.2025 at 3 PM. The hearing will be held in hybrid mode.

2. You will be required to submit written submissions and the rejoinders (confidential and non-confidential versions) of the views expressed at the hearing within the date and time schedule to be indicated on the date of hearing.
