Subject: Extension of the timeline for filing the questionnaire response in the mid-term

review concerning imports of “Décor Paper” originating in or exported from China PR.

Sir/Madam,

  1. With respect to the subject mentioned above, requests have been received from the domestic industry for granting additional time for filing the response to the questionnaire stating SEBI regulations & directions.

  2. The requests have been considered and it has been decided to grant additional 30 days’ time from the date of declaration of the company results to SEBI to file the response.

  3. It is advised that all the interested parties i.e., producers/exporters/importers/users etc., file their responses within the stipulated time as extended above.

  4. This issue with the approval of the Designated Authority.
