Subject: Extension of the timeline for filing the questionnaire response in the case of Mid-Term

Review concerning imports of “Décor Paper” originating in or exported from China PR -reg.
Sir/Madam,

1. With respect to the above-mentioned subject investigation, requests have been received from certain interested parties for granting extension of the timeline for filing the response to the questionnaire.
2. The requests have been considered and it has been decided to grant additional time upto 21st May, 2024 to file response to the questionnaire on PCNs as notified in original investigation which are as below: SN Characteristic

3. It is advised that all the interested parties i.e. producers / exporters / importers / users etc., file their responses within the stipulated time as extended above. The investigation is time bound, therefore no request for further extension of time would be considered by the Authority.
4. This issues with the approval of the Designated Authority.
