originating in or exported from China PR. Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act,1975 as amended from time to time (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, as amended from time to time, thereof, the designated Authorify has issued the final finding notification no.6113/2021 dated,23-09.2022 in respect of the anti- dumping investigation undertaken on the subject product "Stainless-Steel Seamless Tubes and Pipes.', The following corrections are made in the aforesaid notification: - a) The determination of export price serial no. II of the aforesaid notification is corected to be read as "Zhejiang Group" instead of "Hongquan Group" b) Para no. 69 is substituted to be read as under Zhejiang Yinlai Steel Tube Co., Ltd. is a limited liability company. During the period ofinyestigation, Zhejiang Yinlai Steel Tube Co., Ltd. hqs exported *** MT of the product under consideration indirectly to India. lt is noted that though the exports by this compqny are not representative but since the company is a part ofZhejiang Group, therefore Authority has proceeded with the group treatment for the said producer/exporter.
