Subject: Oral Hearing of Anti-Dumping investigation concerning imports of Stainless-
Steel Seamless Tubes & Pipes originating in or exported from China PR.

Anti-Dumping investigation concerning imports of Stainless-Steel Seamless Tubes & Pipes originating in or exported from China PR, was initiated on 10.09.2021 under the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 (AD Rules). As per Rule 6 (6) of AD Rules “The Designated Authority may allow an interested party or its representative to present the information relevant to the investigation orally but such oral information shall be taken into consideration by the Designated Authority only when it is subsequently reproduced in writing”.

In pursuance of the aforesaid provision, and the prevailing Covid-19 pandemic, the Designated Authority has scheduled an oral hearing in the matter through Digital Video Conference (DVC) via NIC Webex to be held on 8th March, 2022 at 2.30 pm.

You will be required to submit written submissions and the rejoinders (confidential and non-confidential versions) of the views expressed at the hearing within the date and time schedule to be indicated on the date of hearing.
