Subject: Extension of time limit for filing Questionnaire Response in the Anti-Dumping

investigation concerning imports of Stainless-Steel Seamless Tubes & Pipes originating in or exported from China PR.

Sir/Madam,

1. With respect to the above-mentioned subject investigations, request has been received from Importers/User members for granting further extension of time to file the Questionnaire response.

2. The request has been considered and it has been decided to grant additional time to file the Questionnaire Response by 03-11-2021 for filing Exporters/Importers/Users QR.

3. It is advised that all the interested producers / exporters / importers / users may file their response within the stipulated time as extended above. Since, the investigation is time bound, no further request for extension of time would be considered by the Authority.

4. This issues with the approval of Designated Authority.
