Subject: Postponement of Oral Hearing in Anti-Dumping Investigation concerning imports

of “Décor Paper” originating in or exported from China PR.

1. With reference to the earlier notice of Oral Hearing dated 07th June, 2021, it is hereby informed that on the requests made by the interested parties, the Authority has decided to postpone the subject Oral Hearing to 16th June, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. to 01:30 p.m. through Digital Video Conferencing.

2. The revised web link and other details to join the Digital Video Conference (DVC) are emailed separately to all the registered interested parties.

3. Any registered interested party who wishes to join the DVC should provide the name of the organization/company, e-mail, mobile no., landline no., (with country/state code), name and e-mail of the participating legal representative/coordinator well in advance of the hearing date.

5. You will be required to submit written submissions (confidential and non-confidential versions) of the views expressed at the hearing and file rejoinders, if any, within the date and time to be informed during the hearing, to the authority on the email addresses at adg15-dgtr@gov.in, adv13-dgtr@gov.in, dir15-dgtr@gov.in, and dir16-dgtr@gov.in. It may also be noted that all the Non-confidential submissions should be circulated, at the earliest, by email by every registered party to other registered interested parties.
