1. This is for your information that in the above-mentioned investigation, Shri Anant Swarup, Joint Secretary & Designated Authority will hold an Oral Hearing from 11:00 A.M. to 01:30 P.M. (IST) on 9th June, 2021 through Digital Video Conferencing.

You will be required to make written submissions (confidential and non-confidential versions) of the views expressed at the hearing and file rejoinders, if any, within the date and time indicated for the purpose.
