SRS Pharmaceuticals Private Limited for setting up of a new unit for carrying out Manufacturing activities of various Pharma Items and Research & Development Services at JNPA SEZ. मैसस एसआरएस फामाfयूिटकiस jाइवेट लिमटेड का jfताव, जेएनपीटी .ारा िवक0सत जेएनपीटी एसईज़ेड, उरण, नवी मुंबई– 400702 के nलॉट संpया 603, सेqटर-6 म- 8,500 वग मीटर ेफल म- अनुलrक “क” म- वणत िव^भ औषधीय उAपादc के िविनमाण तथा अनुसंधान एवं िवकास सेवाओं के संचालन हेतु नई इकाई fथािपत करने के संबंध म- है।   इकाई ने 5 वष[ कW अविध म@ ₹15,000.00 लाख के एफओबी िनया त मूBय, ₹663.14 लाख के 5वदेशी मुAा Eयय तथा ₹14,336.86 लाख के शु_ 5वदेशी मुAा अज न (NFE) का `aेपण `)तुत कया है। साथ ह, `)ता5वत परयोजना से 125 Eय54य. को रोजगार उपलcध होने का अनुमान है। सिमित को बताया गया क शु म@ यूिनट को 10,200 वग मीटर के इलाके म@ dेडंग का काम करने के िलए LOA नंबर SEEPZ/NEWSEZ/JNPT- SEZ/SRSPPL/34/2022-23/21040 (तारख 09.12.2022) दया गया था, जो 08.12.2023 तक

SRS Pharmaceuticals Private Limited for carrying out Manufacturing activities of various Pharma Items and Research & Development Services, as detailed in Annexure “A”, over an area admeasuring 8,500 Sq. Mtrs. at Plot No. 603, Sector-6, JNPT SEZ, developed by JNPT, Uran, Navi Mumbai – 400702. envisaging FOB value of Export Rs. 15,000.00/- in Lakh, FE Outgo of Rs. 663.14/- in Lakh and NFE of Rs. 14,336.86/- in Lakh over a period of 5 years with employment generation of 125 employees. The Committee was apprised that initially Unit was granted LOA No. SEEPZ/NEWSEZ/JNPT- SEZ/SRSPPL/34/2022-23/21040 dated 09.12.2022 for carrying out trading activity over an area of 10,200 sq. mtrs which valid up to 08.12.2023. Subsequently, M/s. SRS Pharmaceuticals applied for deletion of 8,500 sq. mtrs. area from the approved LoA for proposed manufacturing activity and to use

इ)तेमाल dेडंग के काम के िलए करने का आवेदन कया। इसे मंज़ूर सिमित ने मंज़ूर दे द और 07.04.2025 के पf के ज़रए यूिनट को इसकW जानकार द गई। अब यूिनट ने उसी जगह पर 8,500 वग मीटर के उस हटाए गए/डायवट कए गए इलाके म@ एक नई मैCयुफैचरंग यूिनट लगाने का `)ताव पेश कया है। डेवलपर, JNPA SEZ भी बैठक म@ शािमल हुआ, (जसम@ चेयरपस न ने इस बात पर िचंता जताई क यूिनgस के काम शु न करने से LoA रh हो जाता है। डेवलपर, JNPA SEZ ने कहा क वे यूिनgस पर स-य प से नज़र रख रहे हi और आगे भी यूिनgस पर स-य प से नज़र रखने का भरोसा दलाया। balance 1700 Sq mtr for trading activity. िनणय: 5वचार-5वमश के बाद, JNPA SEZ, डेवलपर कW ट6प(णय. और यूिनट के )ताव के आधार पर, सिमित ने JNPA SEZ म@ 5विभCन फामा उjपाद. के िनमा ण और रसच एंड डेवलपम@ट सेवाओं के िलए एक नई यूिनट )था5पत करने के मकसद से M/s. SRS फामा )यूटकBस ाइवेट िलिमटेड के `)ताव को मंज़ूर द और यूिनट को िनदkश दया क:

1. 1700 वग मीटर aेf वाली dेडंग यूिनट के िलए जार LoA कW ए(mज़ट औपचारकताओं को पूरा करने के िलए।
2. इकाई, समय-समय पर िवदेश {यापार महािनदेशालय (DGFT) तथा वा^ण|य एवं उ}ोग मंालय .ारा एसईज़ेड इकाइयc के लए जारी सभी j#तबंधc, िदशािनद~शc एवं िनद~शc का पालन करेगी।
3. इकाई उ#चत सावधानी (Due Diligence) बरतेगी तथा िवशेष आथक े अ#धिनयम, 2005 एवं उसके अंतगत बनाए गए िनयमc म- िनधारत सभी शत€ का अनुपालन सुिन#त करेगी।

SRS Pharmaceuticals Private Limited for setting up of a new unit for carrying out Manufacturing activities of various Pharma Items and Research & Development Services at JNPA SEZ and directed the unit: 1.To comply with exit formalities of LoA granted for trading unit having area 1700 sq. mtr. 2. To Adhere and comply with all restrictions, guidelines, and instructions issued from time to time by the DGFT and the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, as applicable to SEZ units. 3.
