NOTICE FOR RESCHEDULING OF ORAL HEARING

Subject: Rescheduling of Oral Hearing in the matter of anti-dumping

investigation concerning imports of “Ethylene Diamine” originating in or exported from China PR, European Union, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Taiwan - reg.

1. In continuation of the Notice for Oral Hearing dated 27th August, 2025, published on DGTR’s website, it is hereby notified to all concerned parties that the Designated Authority has rescheduled the Oral Hearing in the subject investigation from 16th September, 2025 to Tuesday, 7th October 2025 at 3:00 PM (IST). The hearing will be conducted in hybrid mode, both through Digital Video Conferencing (DVC) and physically in the Conference Room of DGTR. The updated web link for joining the DVC will be shared with the interested parties via e-mail.

2. Any registered interested party wishing to join the DVC should provide the name of their organisation/ company, e-mail, mobile/landline number, (with country/state code), along with the name and e-mail of the participating legal representative/ coordinator as well as the preferred mode of attendance, latest by 3rd October, 2025.

3. Interested parties will be required to submit written submissions (both confidential & non-confidential versions) of the views expressed at the hearing, and to file rejoinders, if any, within the date and time communicated at the end of the hearing.
