Subject: Extension of the timeline for filing comments on the scope of product under

consideration (PUC) and product control numbers (PCN) methodology in the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU)-based Surface/Paint Protection Film” originating in or exported from China PR -reg.

Sir/Madam,

1. Reference of all interested parties is invited to the above-cited subject. The Authority had initiated above-mentioned investigation vide circular no- F. No. 6/17/2025-DGTR dated 16.06.2025 and the intimation letters were circulated to all the known interested parties on 18.06.2025 and deadline of filing the comments on the scope of product under consideration (PUC) and product control numbers (PCN) methodology by the interested parties was mentioned as 15 days from the date of the intimation of initiation of the subject investigation.
2. Now, requests have been received from certain interested parties for granting an extension of the time for filing the comments.
3. The requests have been considered and it has been decided to grant additional time till 05.07.2025 for filing the comments on scope of PUC and PCN methodology.
4. This issues with the approval of the Designated Authority.
