Subject: Sunset Review Investigation concerning imports of "Jute Products" originating

in or exported from Bangladesh and Nepal.
F.No. 7/09/2021-DGTR Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act,1975 as amended from time to time (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Duty or Additional Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, as amended from time to time, thereof, the Designated Authority has issued the Final Finding Notification No. 7/09/2021 dated 30.09.2022 in respect of the sunset review investigation concerning imports of "jute products" originating in or exported from Bangladesh and Nepal.
Few typographical errors had occurred in the previously issued Corrigendum Notification dated 02.12.2022. Thus, in supersession of all previous notifications, insofar as paragraph 180 of the final findings in concerned, Paragraph 180 of the final findings stands substituted to be read as under: “180. Thus, in terms of provision contained in Rule 4(d) and Rule l7(l) (b) of the AD Rules, the Authority recommends the continued imposition of the existing anti-dumping duties, so as to remove the likelihood of dumping and injury to the domestic industry. Accordingly, definitive anti-dumping duty equal to the amount mentioned in column 8 of the duty table below is recommended for the imposition for five (5) years from the date of the Notification to be issued by the Central Government, on all imports of the subject goods originating in or exported from the subject countries.
