NOTICE FOR RE-SCHEDULING OF ORAL HEARING
Subject: Sunset Review investigation of the existing anti-dumping duties on imports of Jute
products originating in or exported from Bangladesh and Nepal.
Sir/Madam,
-
The Designated Authority had scheduled an oral hearing in the captioned subject matter through digital video conference (DVC) over WEBEX platform on 2nd February 2022 at 11:30 AM (IST) which was later postponed to 4th February 2022 at 11:30 AM (IST).
-
However, the Government of Bangladesh has requested for a further postponement of the said hearing citing the reason that 4th of February being a Friday is a weekly holiday and the timing of hearing coincides with the time of Jummah Prayer.
-
The Authority, after careful consideration of the above-mentioned request, has postponed the oral hearing and the same will now be held on 9th February 2022 from 11:30 AM (IST) onwards.
-
The link and other instructions for joining the DVC remain the same and have been shared with all registered interested parties through e-mail. Interested parties may participate in the oral hearing in case they wish to present such information relevant to the investigation.
