Subject: Regarding sampling of responding producers/exporters in the sunset

review of the anti-GXPSLQJGXWLHVLQIRUFHRQWKHLPSRUWVRI³-XWH3URGXFWV´ Jute Yarn/twine, Sacking cloth, Sacking bag and Hessian Fabric) originating in or exported from Bangladesh and Nepal.

Based on the questionnaire responses received in the subject investigation, a sampling of the responding exporters has been done and the following producers/exporters have been included in the sampled category:

2. All other responding producers/exporters who have filed questionnaire responses within time have been included in the non-sampled category and rest all other non-cooperating producers/exporters will be treated under residual category.

3. The data verification of the producers/exporters in the sampled category will, tentatively, be initiated from 10th January 2022.

4. All the interested parties are requested to offer their consent and comments on the above mentioned sampling by 5th January 2022.

5. This issues with the approval of the Designated Authority.
