Subject: Extension of time for filing questionnaire responses in sunset review

investigation coQFHUQLQJLPSRUWVRI³Jute Product´ originating in or exported from Bangladesh and Nepal.

  1. With respect to above mentioned investigation, requests have been received from exporters/producers/importers for granting extension of time to file questionnaire responses.

  2. After duly considering the aforementioned requests it has been decided to grant additional one ZHHNV¶WLPHWRILOHthe questionnaire responses i.e., by 03rd November, 2021.

  3. It is, therefore, advised to all the interested parties to file their responses within the stipulated time as extended above. It may be noted that since, the investigation is time bound, no further request for extension of time would be considered by the Authority.

  4. This issues with the approval of the Designated Authority.
