The Authority refers to the above cited judgement in the case of M/s Saint Gobain India private Ltd. vs. Union of India (Writ Appeal no. 412 to 414 of 2018) in the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Madras dated 14.11.2018 containing the directions of the Hon’ble High Court regarding timelines for NSR. The authority hereby informs all the interested parties that the above mentioned investigations will be completed within a maximum of 18 months time period from the date of Initiation as under:
