Subject: Timeline to file Questionnaire Response in Anti-Circumyention Investigation on the imports of Jute Sacking Bags from Bangladesh initiated vide Notification No. 7/3/2018-DGAD dated 20 March, 2018.
Reference above subject. On request of various producers/exporters from Bangladesh, the Authority through notice dated 16/5/2018 has extended the date of filing questionnaire response till 8/6/2018.
The Government of Bangladesh has requested for yet another extension for 3 more weeks beyond 8/6/2018. The Authority has considered the request and regrets that extension beyond 8/6/2018 will adversely impact the investigation time lines. Therefore responses may be filed by 8/6/2018 only. If any minor data gaps are to be completed, the producers/exporters may do so by 15/6/2018.
