NOTICE FOR ORAL HEARING

Subject: Oral Hearing in the matter of Sunset Review of Anti-dumping Investigation

concerning imports of "Aluminium Foil 80 micron and below” originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.

Sir/Madam,

The Authority had initiated a Sunset Review of Anti-dumping Investigation concerning imports of "Aluminium Foil 80 micron and below " originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand on 29th September, 2025 under the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995. As per Rule 6 (6) of the ADD Rules;

“The Designated Authority may allow an interested party or its representative to present the information relevant to the investigation orally but such oral information shall be taken into consideration by the Designated Authority only when it is subsequently reproduced in writing”

  1. In pursuance of the aforesaid provision, the Designated Authority has scheduled an oral hearing on 28th April, 2026 at 3:30 PM (IST). The hearing will be held in hybrid mode i.e., both through Digital Video Conferencing (DVC) and physically in the conference room of DGTR.

  2. A list of registered interested parties in the subject investigation is available on DGTR’s website: https://www.dgtr.gov.in/en/anti-dumping-cases/anti-dumping-investigation- concerning-imports-aluminium-foil-80-micron-and-below

  3. The web link and other details to join the digital video conferencing (DVC) will be shared with the interested parties over email. In case of any difficulties, you may contact the technical person, Mr. Asif at Mobile No. 9509079786.

  4. Any registered interested party who wishes to join the DVC should provide the name of the

organization/company, e-mail, mobile no., landline no., (with country/ state code), name and e- mail of the participating legal representative/coordinator as well as the mode of attendance by 24th April, 2026.

  1. Interested parties will be required to make written submissions (confidential and non- confidential version) of the views expressed at the hearing and file a rejoinder, if any, within the date and time at the end of the hearing.

  2. Interested parties are advised to submit their written submission and rejoinder, if any, to the following email addresses: dd17-dgtr@gov.in, dir15-dgtr@gov.in, dd16-dgtr@gov.in, and consultant-dgtr@nic.in The non-confidential submission should be circulated through email by the registered interested parties to other registered interested parties.
