NOTICE FOR ORAL HEARING

Subject: Oral hearing of Mid-Term Review of anti-dumping duty imposed on the

imports of “Aluminium foil below 80 microns” originating in or exported from Thailand.

1. The Mid-Term Review of anti-dumping duty imposed on the imports of “Aluminium foil below 80 microns” originating in or exported from Thailand was initiated on 29.03.2024 under the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 (AD Rules). As per Rule 6 (6) of AD Rules “The Designated Authority may allow an interested party or its representative to present the information relevant to the investigation orally but such oral information shall be taken into consideration by the Designated Authority only when it is subsequently reproduced in writing”.

2. This is for your information that in the above-mentioned investigation, the Designated Authority has scheduled an Oral Hearing on 24.09.2024 at 4.30 PM. The hearing will be held in hybrid mode.

3. You will be required to submit written submissions and the rejoinders (confidential and non-confidential versions) of the views expressed at the hearing within the date and time schedule to be indicated on the date of hearing.

4. Kindly intimate the name(s) and email addresses of the person (s) who are expected to attend the hearing. The details of the Digital Video Conferencing will be shared with the registered interested parties shortly.
