Subject: Discussion on PUC/PCN methodology in respect of Mid-Term Review of anti-dumping duty

imposed on the imports of “Aluminium foil below 80 microns” originating in or exported from Thailand.

1. With reference to the subject investigation, the applicant has proposed a product control number (“PCN”) based methodology for the purposes of dumping and injury assessment in the present investigation. Some of the interested parties have concerns with regard to proposed PCN methodology and PUC.
2. In order to finalize the PCN methodology, a virtual meeting has been proposed on 08.05.2024 at 11.30 AM. All the concerned interested parties are requested to join the meeting. The link of the said meeting would be sent to all interested parties.
3. Also, it is requested to all interested parties to exchange NCV of their submissions among them on the subject above through email with a copy to the investigation team (emails ID: jd12-dgtr@gov.in ad12- dgtr@gov.in, and adv11-dgtr@gov.in ,consultant-dgtr@govcontractor.in).
