Though the activity would start at 0000 hours on 24.12.2017 (Sunday), the filing of declarations (Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill, Import General Manifest and Export General Manifest) would be halted at 1630 hours on 23.12.2017 (Saturday), in preparation for the said activity. Accordingly, all the locations are advised to clear the consignments by 2100 hours on 23.12.2017. Necessary steps to accomplish this may be taken by ; respective System Managers.

• 2 It is advised that Section 48 approvals should also be stopped at 1630 hours| on 23.12.2017.
