Subject: - Scope of PUC/PCN methodology in the anti-dumping investigation concerning
imports of “4 (Bromomethyl)-2’ cyanobiphenyl” (Bromo OTBN”) from China PR.
This has reference to the initiation notification no. 6/23/2025-DGTR dated 30 June 2025
vide which comments were invited from all interested parties on the scope of the PUC
and PCN methodology.

No interested party has submitted any comment on the scope of the PUC or PCN
methodology.
3.
Accordingly, it is clarified that the scope of the PUC remains the same as defined in the
initiation notification.
4.
Further, no interested party proposed any PCN methodology. In the absence of any
comment on PCN methodology, no PCN methodology is being adopted for the present
investigation.
5.
In view of the above, all interested parties are requested to file questionnaire responses
in accordance within 15 days from publication of this notice on the DGTR’s website.
6.
This issues with the approval of Designated Authority.
