Subject: Formats under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency

Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016. The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 (CIRP Regulations), as amended by the IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2026 specify various forms relating to the process to be notified by Board through circular. 2.
