फा. सं. आई.बी.बी.आई./2026-27/िी.एन./आर.ई.िी.144.—भारतीय दिवाला और िोधन अक्षमता बोडड, दिवाला और िोधन अक्षमता संजिता, 2016 (2016 का 31) की धारा 240 के साथ परित धारा 196 द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय दिवाला और िोधन अक्षमता बोडड (जिकायत और पररवाि जनवारण प्रदिया) जवजनयम, 2017 का और संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जवजनयम बनाता िै, अथाडत्: - 1.
(1) इन जवजनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम भारतीय दिवाला और िोधन अक्षमता बोडड (जिकायत और पररवाि जनवारण प्रदिया) (संिोधन) जवजनयम, 2026 िै ।
(2) ये रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त िोंगे ।
2. भारतीय दिवाला और िोधन अक्षमता बोडड (जिकायत और पररवाि जनवारण प्रदिया) जवजनयम, 2017
(जिन्िें इसमें इसके पश्चात् मूल जवजनयम किा गया िै) के जवजनयम 2 के खंड (झ) में, “से कोई दिवाला वृजत्तक अजभकरण, सं. 374] नई दिल्ली, बुधवार, िून 3, 2026/ज् येष् ि 13, 1948

THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] दिवाला वृजत्तक, दिवाला वृजत्तक इकाई या इंफॉरमेिन यूरिजलिी अजभप्रेत िै” िब्िों और जचह्नों के स्ट्थान पर “का विी अथड िोगा िो संजिता की धारा 3 के खंड (31क) में दिया गया िै” िब्ि रखे िाएंगे । 3. मूल जवजनयमों के जवजनयम 3 के उप-जवजनयम (3) में, "प्ररूप क में फाइल करेगा” िब्िों के स्ट्थान पर “ऐसे प्ररूप में फाइल करेगा, िो बोडड द्वारा अजधसूजचत दकया िाए” िब्ि रखे िाएंगे । 4. मूल जवजनयमों के अध्याय 5 के पश्चात्, प्ररूप क का लोप दकया िाएगा । रजव जमत्तल, अध्यक्ष [जवज्ञापन-III/4/असा./133/2026-27] रिप्पण: भारतीय दिवाला और िोधन अक्षमता बोडड (जिकायत और पररवाि जनवारण प्रदिया) जवजनयम, 2017, भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 3, खंड 4 सं. 461, तारीख 6 दिसम्बर, 2017 में अजधसूचना सं. आई.बी.बी.आई./2017- 18/िी.एन./आर.ई.िी./21, तारीख 7 दिसम्बर, 2017 द्वारा प्रकाजित दकए गए थे और उनमें अंजतम संिोधन भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 3, खंड 4, सं. 80, तारीख 28 िनवरी, 2025 में अजधसूचना सं. आई.बी.बी.आई./2024-25/िी.एन./आर.ई.िी.119, तारीख 29 िनवरी, 2025 द्वारा प्रकाजित भारतीय दिवाला और िोधन अक्षमता बोडड (जिकायत और पररवाि जनवारण प्रदिया) (संिोधन) जवजनयम, 2025 द्वारा दकए गए थे।

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 1st June, 2026 Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Grievance and Complaint Handling Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations, 2026

F. No. IBBI/2026-27/GN/REG144.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 196 read with section 240 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016), the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India hereby makes the following regulations to further amend the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Grievance and Complaint Handling Procedure) Regulations, 2017, namely:-

1. (1) These regulations may be called the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Grievance and Complaint Handling Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations, 2026.
   (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Grievance and Complaint Handling Procedure) Regulations, 2017, (hereinafter referred to as ‘the principal regulations’), in regulation 2, in clause (i), for the words “means an insolvency professional agency, an insolvency professional, an insolvency professional entity or an information utility” the words, marks and numerical “shall have the same meaning as assigned in clause (31A) of section 3 of the Code” shall be substituted.
3. In the principal regulations, in sub-regulation (3) of regulation 3, for the words “Form A”, the words "in such format as notified by the Board” shall be substituted.
4. In the principal regulations, after Chapter V, Form A shall be omitted. RAVI MITAL, Chairperson [ADVT.-III/4/Exty./133/2026-27] Note: The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Grievance and Complaint Handling Procedure) Regulations, 2017 were published vide Notification No. IBBI/2017-18/GN/REG/21 dated 06th December, 2017 in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4, No. 461 dated 07th December, 2017 and were last amended by the IBBI (Grievance and Complaint Handling Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025 published vide Notification No. IBBI/2024-25/GN/REG119, dated the 28th January 2025 in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4, No. 80 on 29th January 2025.
