Subject: Anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of "Ethyl Chloroformates (ECF) in

any concentration" originating in or exported from China PR.

1. With reference to the above-mentioned investigation, it is informed that a list of interested parties who have registered as "interested parties" in response to the Initiation Notification F. No. 6/03i2026-DGTR, SETU Case ID. AD/OV004 12026 dated 17m March , 2026 and as per Trade Notice No. 1 l/2018 is given at Annex-I (enclosed).
2. All interested parties are advised to forward the non-confidential version oftheir submissions filed earlier and to be filed in the future to all interested parties at the earliest with a copy to dirl5-dgtr@gov.in, dkl3 deLr@sov.in, ddl6-dgtr@gov.in, consultant dgtr@govcontractor.nic.in. All future submissions to the Authority (ltlon-Confidential Versions) should always be marked to other interested parties. (For email addresses of the interested parties, please refer Annex-I). While sending these emails, the following format should also be filled in: S.
