Sub: Delegation of Powers for Registration under MPEDA Rules 1972 and Area of Jurisdiction for development of export oriented aquaculture-reg...

In view of the recent re-orientation of field offices and in partial modification of the Office Orders Part Il No.2285 dated 30/03/2015 and 1275 dated 21/10/2014, the following corrections are hereby made with immediate effect:-

The words “Regional Office” and “Regional Centre” may be read as “Regional Division” and similarly the words “Sub Regional Office” and “Sub Regional Centre” may be read as “Sub Regional Division”.

‘The rest of the contents of the Office Orders shall remain unchanged.
