Facility for communicating the queries raised with regard to drawback claims in the EDI system through SMS and e-mail communication is being introduced from 06.09.2016 by the Drawback Section of this Custom House as a measure of trade facilitation. Communication through SMS and e-mail will be sent only to parties registered for the facility whenever any query is raised in EDI system while processing their drawback claim.

Exporters who desire to get these alerts regarding queries raised during drawbach processing through SMS and e-mail communication are requested to get themselves registered for these facilities by submitting their authorized mobile number and authorized e-mail id; on whieh they desire to get above alerts, to the office of Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Drawback, 3" Floor, New Custom House, Mumbai, in following format. !
