Attention of all importers, Customs Brokers and the Members of the Trade is invited to Board’s Circular No. 04/2008-Cus dated 12.02.2008 issued vide F.No. 467/34/2006-Cus-V followed by Circular No. 25/2015 dated 15.10.2015 issued vide F.No. 467/34/2006-Cus-V regarding the valuation of the imported Second Hand (Old & Used) machinery. As per the Public Notice No. 106/2013 dated 20.08.2013 Shri S.D. Deshpande was empanelled for the valuation of the imported Second Hand (Old & Used) machinery at New custom House, Mumbai. It is informed that name of Shri S.D. Deshpande, CE is removed from the list of Chartered Engineers who are empanelled in New custom House Mumbai with immediate effect till further orders.
