Detailed list of such drawback Shipping Bills is attached as 'Annexure-A'. It is the responsibility of the Exporters/CBs/Other stakeholders to check the status of their drawback claim against a shipping bill through ICEGATE and if any query is raised by the drawback section, they should submit their reply after viewing the status. 2. Therefore, all exporters whose Shipping Bills are pending at Query Queue as listed in 'Annexure-A' should submit their reply in ICES system immediately so that their claim can be processed. 3. However, if no reply to queries are received from the Exporters / CBs /Other Stakeholders, within 3O days of issuance of this Facility Notice or repl5r received is not satisfactory, their claims would be processed at zEra rate of drawback in absence of the requisite documents/clari-fications without affecting the right of the exporter to claim the drawback amount by filing supplementary cl,aim subsequently. 4.
