Sub: Non-receipt of Drawback/IGST refunds/MEIS Scrips etc. benefits due to EGM error and registration of DGFT License — reg.

It has come to the notice of this office that several Taxpayers are facing issues in receiving their Drawback/ IGST refund/ other MEIS benefits due to the EGM errors with regard to the Shipping Bills filed and cleared at ICD Mulund and also w.r.t. registration of DGFT Licenses. The issue has been discussed and it has been decided to conduct a week long drive from 20.12.2021 to 24.12.2021 in order to address and resolve all these issues, so that the taxpayers will get their due benefit without any further delay.

In this regard, it is informed that, any tax payer who is facing such issues may contact through email id : icd.mulund@gov.in immediately, with all relevant documents and details of the issue, so that all such errors shall be addressed and resolved during the drive, thereby enabling the taxpayers to receive their due benefits. The nodal officer for this drive is Shri Akash Batar, Appraiser (Mobile no.7014641165) and supervising officer is Shri Gaurav Kumar Jain, DC (Mobile no. 7350667666).
