No. 30/03/2016-Insolvency.— In accordance with the provisions of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 189 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. Anju Rathi Rana, Law Secretary as the ex-officio member in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India to represent the Ministry of Law & Justice in the said Board.
