Subject:- Re-organisation of Export Commissionerate and Formation of

Audit Commissionerates (Customs) in Mumbai Customs Zone-I.
Attention of all Importers / Exporters, Custom Brokers, Custodians and the Trade is invited to Central Board of Excise and Customs Notification No 82/2017Customs (NT), dated 24.08.2017, Notification No. 85/2017-Customs (NT), dated 07.09.2017 and Notification No. 119/2017-Customs (NT), dated 28.12.2017.
2. Consequently, all the existing functions were re-organised in the Commissionerates of this Zone, vide Para 4 of Trade Notice No.01/2018 dated 31.03.2018.
3. To enforce Handling of Cargo in Customs Area Regulations, 2009 (HCCAR, 2009) in Mumbai Customs Zone I, a new Customs Cargo Service Provider Cell (CCSP Cell) is being constituted under Pr. Commissioner of Customs (Gen). Accordingly, in Para 4 of the said TN 01/2018, in the Table against Serial No.1 relating to “General Commissionerate” in Column (3) specifying “Charges”, the words “ CCSP Cell for enforcement of HCCAR, 2009 in All Port Terminals, Private Jetties and wharfs, CFS and any other facility related to landing of goods, passengers” shall be inserted. 4. The Trade is requested to carefully note the changes in the jurisdiction of the Commissionerates. All the members of the Trade Association are requested to circulate the Trade Notice among their constituent members for information and guidance.
