CIRCULAR

Sub: Submission of Immovable Property Return (IPR) for the year 2024 as on 31.12.2024-

All the Group ‘A’ & ‘B’ Officers of MPEDA (other than AIS officers) are requested to submit the Immovable Property Return for the year 2024 (as on 31.12.2024) as per Rulel8(1)(ii) of the CCS (Conduct) Rules, 1964 giving full particulars in the pro-forma available in personnel module of e-MPEDA on or before 31.01.2025. If no property is owned by the officer, a Nil report duly signed with date is to be submitted.

Officers of Group A & B as per the list enclosed are therefore requested to submit their property returns with full particulars as insisted therein, within stipulated time. the officers are also informed that non-submission of IPR within the siipulated date, would invite denial of vigilance clearance for empanelment, deputation, ete. The IPR received bevond stipulated date and not properly submitted may not be processed.

Officer In-charge of all Regional Division, Sub Regional Division, ‘Trade Promotion Office, Quality Control Lab and MPEDA societies are requested to circulate the above information to all the officials under their control.
