AUCTION NOTICE FOR DISPOSAL OF OBSOLETE OFFICE FURNITURE , SHREDDED PAPER AND GENERAL SCRAP

\ Gustoms(Gen) / JNCH. This office intends to dispose-off unserviceable various office articles including furniture, chairs, table, rack, cupboards, cabinets and miscellaneous lying in the ground floor parking area of JNCH , Nhava Sheva, Taluka Uran, Dist Raigad. These unserviceable articles are to be disposed-off through auction are enclosed as Annexures - I & II. The reserve price for the goods under auction is fixed at Rs.20,000 /- plus GST. The unserviceable articles are accumulated in a heap at one place and some are kept in the Departments residential township at Phunde Village, Uran, Raigad. The numbers of items as showrt in Annexures- I are also in close approximation. 2. Interested bidders may inspect the goods any day from 08.10.202020 to 12.10.2020 between 10:00am and 05:30pm. 3. All the interested bidders are requested to submit their offers/bids in sealed covers addressed to the Joint Commissioner of Customs, CHS, Nhava Sheva, Taluka Uran, Dist Raigad latest by 15.10.2020 till 02.00 p.m .. 4. Any bid offering the price of the goods below the reserved price i.e. Rs.20,000 /- will be out-rightly rejected. 5. Tender/Bids will be opened at 03:00pm on 15.10.2020 in the office of the Joint, t Commissioner of Customs, CHS, Nhava Sheva, Taluka .Uran·, Dist Raigad The highest bidder will be awarded the bid materials. The bidders are welcome to come and witness the opening of tender /bids. 6. Firm will have to submit EMD of Rs.2000 /- at the time of auction. 7. The. successful party will have to make payment of auctioned items immediately after his bid is accepted and will have to remove the articles from New Custom House on the same day. The party will be permitted to remove the items only after full and final payment of the bid. 8. Release order for delivery of the disposed-off goods shall be made only after receipt of the full bid price.
